VOTE BY MAIL
Request a vote-by-mail ballot to be mailed to you, that is to be returned by mail or dropped off at Prior Lake City Hall (see below for additional information): Absentee Ballot.
Ballots for the general election will be mailed out beginning Sept. 23. Returned ballots must be received by Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 5. Once you have mailed your ballot, you can track its status: Track Status of Ballot.
You can also return your ballot in person at Prior Lake City Hall with a Scott County Elections Representative. Drop site hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., closed 11 a.m. to Noon for lunch. VOTE EARLY IN-PERSON
Vote early in-person at Prior Lake City Hall, 4646 Dakota St. SE, Prior Lake, MN, 55372.
Polls are open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20 through Monday, Nov. 4.
Direct Ballot early voting starts Tuesday, Oct.18 through Monday, Nov. 4 (polling open until 5 p.m.)
The Direct Ballot process is just like voting on Election Day
Polls are open Saturday, Oct. 26, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. and Nov. 2 & Nov. 3, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
